Deborah J. Volmert recieved her B.S. degree in Business Administration/Finance, summa cum laude, from Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri, in May 1990. She then received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, Missouri, in May 1993. Ms. Volmert is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the State of Missouri, and the federal courts in the Southern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois, and Eastern District of Missouri.

Ms. Volmert represents bank clients in creditors' rights matters, such as workouts, commercial and residential mortgage/deed of trust foreclosures in Illinois and Missouri, commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases in the Southern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois, and Eastern District of Missouri, as well as commercial collection cases, enforcement of judgments, loan documentation, mechanics' lien issues, and bank defendant litigation.
